Instructions for using loyalty benefits for members
- Booking your stay with the member rate
Once you’re logged into your account through our booking platform Cubilis, you’ll automatically see a special price list with your exclusive member rate. There’s no need to enter a code — just make sure you’re logged in, and the discounted prices will be visible when browsing availability.
- Using your restaurant and bar discount
Upon arrival at Marina Portorož, each member receives a special membership card issued at the reception.
The card serves as proof of membership in our loyalty program.
How to use your benefits:
- The guest presents the membership card when visiting any of our partner providers.
- The provider checks the eligibility for the discount based on the card.
- The guest receives the agreed discount or benefit in accordance with the loyalty program.
The card is personal and non-transferable.
