Management of the company

The company management of Marina Portorož, d.d., manages the company in accordance with the company Statute, the Companies Act, and the Code of Corporate Governance. The management of the company operates on the so-called two-tier system in which the management leads the company, and its operations are controlled by the supervisory board.

Management

Company Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board has three members. The company Assembly by a simple majority of cast votes appoints two members of the Supervisory Board representing the shareholders. The workers council appoints the last member representing the employees. This provision remains in force for the duration of the Law on Worker Participation in Management.

Supervisory board members are elected for a term of 4 years and may be re-elected after their term has ended.

The method and organisation of work of the Supervisory Board is governed by the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board of the joint stock company Marina Portorož, turistično podjetje, d.d., which under the provisions of the Statute was accepted by the Supervisory Board at the meeting on 24.04.1997.

Company management

The company management consists of one member, the company director. Marjan Božnik was named company director.
