The parent company is Terme Čatež, d.d., with headquarters at Topliška 35, Čatež ob Savi.

Further disclosure

Marina Portorož, d.d. or any third company on behalf of the company has not accepted as collateral its own shares in financial year 2008, and does not have them in collateral on 31.12.2008.

In this year, the company has not conditionally increased its capital or taken decisions on the authorised capital.

Description of the company property and activities

Marina Portorož d.d. is present in the boat market in the northern Adriatic sea for 29 years. It belongs among the larger marinas and enjoys the reputation as one of the best-equipped marinas in the area. Because of the high quality berths, they are sold in its entirety despite relatively high prices. The attractiveness of the marina is due to the rich tourist beat next to it, enabled on one side by the strong parallel restaurant - tourist, cultural and sport recreational offer of Portorož and Piran.
